Our tariffs
We want to be clear about our tariffs so you know exactly what to expect. And of course: NO CURE, NO PAY!
Secure Digital cards, Compact Flash cards, and USB sticks: € 60
Standard hard disk recovery: € 250
Clean room recovery (damaged reading head or motor) € 1,000
Raid systems: € 500 per hard drive
Again, NO CURE, NO PAY. Analyzing the hard drive is FREE.
All tariffs are including VAT and regardless of size and type of media.
Replacement media are not included.

What you must never do
In case of hard disk failure:
Secure your data. Do NOT use the hard disk if an operating system is installed and in use (switch off your computer). Do not install any software on the hard disk.
Never try to open the hard disk yourself. This may only be done in a clean room. Dust in the air will deposit on the platters and the reading heads will not be able anymore to accurately read the data from the magnetic fields on the platters. Even the slightest deviation in this delicate process constitutes corrupt files and destroys the data making data recovery impossible.
